1. Perform all tasks and responsibilities specified in the job description of Data Manager, Clinical Data Management.

2. Review and finalize all the assigned projects’ data management documentation.

3. Oversee the technical execution of the Data manager on achieving customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of quality data.

4. May need to attend the investigator meeting and provide EDC/CCG/IWRS training to operation team.

5. Participate in relevant operational meetings to ensure operational issues are identified and incorporated into the study design.

6. Perform assigned tasks including, but not limited to process maintenance, data quality assessment, training and mentoring staff by developing materials and giving lectures, leading or participating cross functional training, etc.

7. Performs other duties as directed by management or senior personnel.

1. BS degree in statistics, computer science, life science, mathematics, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.

2. Good knowledge of study related documents and data management processes is required.

3. Extensive experience of EDC&IWRS system usage and management is required.

4. Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, CDISC(CDASH) and/or clinical trial process is required.

5. Working knowledge of SAS BASE programming and available tools to manage, extract and report data is desired.

6. Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
